The medium room featured a sleek design and ample storage, making it suitable for working trips. Late check-in was convenient, with detailed instructions received a day prior. Located near a variety of Asian restaurants, the area was vibrant but the digital-only staff approach felt isolating. Despite a clean environment, the absence of in-person assistance was noticeable during my stay.

The rooms are designed with a minimalist approach and come well-furnished, giving a sense of spaciousness. Thoughtful touches include complimentary refreshments that add a nice personal element to the experience.
Multiple guests reported issues with a confusing check-in process, leading to delays and frustration. some had to wait half an hour to access their rooms. There were recurring complaints about an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms with no solutions offered, along with automatic toilets that were overly sensitive. The absence of on-site staff is a real downer—not having someone immediately available for assistance during issues left many feeling insecure. the absence of stairs and reliance on a single elevator with the same PIN code for both rooms and access raised security concerns.

Great place for solo travelers!
Spent 3 nights here and it was chill. Really comfy bed! Check-in was a breeze. Loved having a coffee machine in the room with enough pods to keep me going. Just a heads up, no one was around in person if you needed anything, but I got by okay. Super quiet, a real plus for introverts.
